These suits related to saving seeds for use across multiple seasons, or harvesting seeds from your own crops (originally from Monsanto seeds or pollination, no matter how these products were procured).<br /><br />Now, if a contract was signed, that's one thing - contract infringement. But I'm sorry: If a plant you own makes a seed, you should be able to plant it without getting sued.
